HR Manager
Job Description: The HR Officer is responsible for managing various human resources functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll support, and compliance. This role ensures that HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively and that the company maintains a positive work environment. A successful HR Officer is knowledgeable about employment law, skilled in communication, and committed to supporting both the company and employees. You will handle recruitment processes, manage employee records, support employee development, and ensure compliance with Kenyan labor regulations. Responsibilities
- •Support recruitment and selection processes
- •Coordinate job postings and candidate screening
- •Conduct employee onboarding and orientation
- •Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
- •Support payroll processing and leave management
- •Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution
- •Communicate HR policies and procedures to staff
- •Process employment contracts and agreements
- •Support performance management processes
- •Assist with training and development programs
- •Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- •Maintain HR databases and records management systems
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- ✓Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Kenya
- ✓Knowledge of Kenyan employment law and labor regulations
- ✓Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR information systems
- ✓Understanding of recruitment and selection processes
- ✓Strong written and verbal communication in English and Swahili
- ✓Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ✓Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- ✓Knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration
- ✓Commitment to fair and ethical HR practices
